Sessions are held privately in person or online and are tailored to each client's emotional landscape, nervous system, and goals.
Every session is different and shaped around what the body and mind need at that moment. The intention is not to force change, but to create the conditions where the body can safely release and recalibrate.
Important: To ensure each person receives my full attention and care, I strictly only take on selected clients. Once you have booked, you will be contacted with a brief discovery form to fill out to see whether I am a good fit for you. If so, you will receive a response the same day to continue with your booking. If for any reason it’s not a good fit, you will receive a full refund for your booking within 3 working days.
