Christina May

Christina May is a certified trauma-informed somatic breathwork practitioner and holistic wellness expert. For over a decade, she has studied and guided others on holistic health and healing. She works with mind-body breathing, movement, sound, and other somatic (body) based tools to help people release stored stress and emotions from the body.

Her sessions combine science-backed nervous system tools with ancient practices and intuitive care. She supports elite athletes, high performers, and everyday seekers with emotional resilience, clarity, performance, and a deeper inner connection. Christina’s approach is accessible, intentional, and heart-led. She holds space for the expression of human emotions - grief, sadness, anger, joy, love, gratitude, etc, in ways that feel safe and nurturing.

Through this work, she helps people clear out what gets in the way of embodying higher states of being. She works privately 1-1 and in partnership with aligned brands and renowned wellness spaces internationally. Her facilitation is rooted in attunement, compassion, and reverence for the full spectrum of the human experience.
